Serves: 6


  • 8 ounce cream cheese at room temperature

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast sliced

  • 2 tsp FRESH IS BEST taco seasoning

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 red bell pepper chopped

  • 1 jalapeno diced

  • 1 jalapeno pepper chopped

  • 3 large tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded aged cheddar cheese or Tex Mex cheese


  • green onions diced

  • FRESH IS BEST salsa

  • sour cream


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl add cream cheese, sour cream, oregano and Fresh is Best taco seasoning. Mix until cream cheese has softened. Add the peppers and chicken, mix them in well with the cream cheese. Mix in the shredded cheese.

  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, 1/3 of the mixture for each tortilla. Roll up the tortillas and cut them into 1 inch slices.

  4. Place the slices on the baking sheet.

  5. Bake at 350 F degrees for 10 minutes.

  6. Garnish with green onions and serve with Fresh is Best salsa and sour cream.
