Guacamole Toast with egg

Who doesn't love Avocado Toast? You don't have to worry about finding a ripe avocado.

Ingredients

• 1/2 container of FRESH IS BEST guacamole

• bread

• eggs

• salt and pepper

• butter

• garnish: FRESH IS BEST taco seasoning and Queso Fresco cheese

Directions

1. Toast bread in toaster or grill bread till golden and crispy.

2. Fry eggs in a pan over medium heat. Cook to desire doneness.

3. Spread Fresh is Best guacamole on toasted bread. Top with a fried egg and sprinkle on Fresh is Best taco seasoning and Queso Fresco cheese.
